East Renfrewshire Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified research consultant to to undertake a comprehensive review of Housing Services and the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), including:
Strategic service performance and capacity
HRA sustainability and long-term financial planning
Repairs, voids and DLO delivery model
Factoring, stores and materials management
Sheltered housing provision
Benchmarking against peer local authorities
The contract period is for 16 weeks.

What you will need to show
- Suitably qualified research consultant — Supplier must be a suitably qualified research consultant capable of undertaking a comprehensive review of housing services and the housing revenue account.
- Compliance with Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 — Supplier must not be in any exclusion situations as per regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
