Tender alerts that already know your business
Most tender alert services are keyword firehoses: you pick some search terms, and every notice containing them lands in your inbox — relevant or not. You end up skimming dozens of tenders a week to find the one worth reading.
Tenderoo's alerts work the other way round. It learns what your company actually does from your own website, watches Find a Tender and Contracts Finder daily, and scores every new notice against your profile — services, region, capacity, track record. You get an email when a tender genuinely fits, with the score and the reasons, not a list to triage.
How it works
1. Look yourself up. Enter your company name, website or Companies House number — Tenderoo builds your profile from what's already public and shows you your best live match, free, before you create an account.
2. Create a free account. Your radar re-scores as new tenders are published, and you get a digest email of the ones that clear the bar for your profile — weekly by default, daily if you prefer — naming the buyer, the value, the deadline and why each one fits. Same-day, per-tender alerts come with the Track plan.
3. Sharpen your profile. Fill the gaps the score shows you — where you operate, your size, a public contract you've delivered — and the same tenders re-score instantly.
What makes these alerts different
Scored, not matched on keywords. A grounds-maintenance firm and a software house both "match" the word services; only a score that reads the whole notice against your profile tells you which tender is worth an afternoon.
Both official sources, one radar. Find a Tender and Contracts Finder are watched together, so you don't need two sets of alerts for one market.
Free to start. The lookup and your best match are free with no card. See pricing for the paid tiers, and browse live tenders by sector and region to see what's open right now.
