Terms of service
Last updated 23 July 2026
These terms cover your use of Tenderoo, a tender-matching and bid-preparation service operated by Sharp.works Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
Sharp.works Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 09679033, VAT GB218105636, trading as Tenderoo. Registered office: 75 Vicarage Avenue, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle SK8 7JP, England. Contact us at support@tenderoo.co.
Who can use it
Tenderoo is for UK-based businesses bidding for UK public-sector work. You confirm your business is UK-based when you subscribe. You must be authorised to act for the business whose details you use.
What we provide
We monitor public tender notices, score how well a tender fits your business, and, on a paid plan, help you prepare a bid. Scores and suggestions are decision support, not a guarantee of winning work.
Tender information comes from public feeds (Find a Tender and Contracts Finder) and can be incomplete or lag the source. Always check the original notice, which we link from every report, before you rely on a date, value or requirement. You are responsible for what you submit to a buyer.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and your account details accurate; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can close your account at any time from your account settings, which deletes your data as described in the privacy policy.
Your data and content
- Your data stays yours. The company profile you build, the evidence you upload and the content you write belong to you. You give us the licence we need to store and process them to provide the service, and nothing more.
- AI-drafted content is yours to use. Where the service drafts content for you, you own the result and may use it freely. AI drafts can contain errors: review everything before it goes to a buyer.
- The service stays ours. The software, design, scoring and the Tenderoo brand belong to Sharp.works Ltd. These terms give you a right to use the service, not a licence to copy it.
Plans and billing
- Look-up is free. Match, Track and Bid are monthly subscriptions; a single bid is a one-off for one tender for 30 days.
- All prices are quoted excluding VAT. We are VAT-registered and add UK VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is taken by Stripe; card details are held by Stripe, not us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- A founding rate, where offered, is limited and locks that price for as long as the subscription stays active.
- If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a no-questions refund of that payment.
Acceptable use
Don't resell or scrape the service, don't access it by automated means outside the features we provide, don't misrepresent a business you don't act for, and don't use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes to the service
We run the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted; there may be short gaps for maintenance or matters outside our control. We improve the service continually and may change or withdraw features, including what the free tier includes. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost bids, lost profits, or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will warn you first unless the breach is serious. If we withdraw the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice to export your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with the date. If a change is material we will ask you to accept it in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
