What the buyer wants
The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) requires a contractor to reinforcement of a number of cell windows (Circa 1200) at HMP Low Moss and HMP Shotts. The reinforcements will consist of replacing existing rivets to the window bead with 8 stainless steel countersunk rivets and reinforcing welds to the protective window grilles with 8 stainless steel button head shear bolts.
