Liverpool City Council is seeking a supplier to provide full housing management services for six council-owned tenanted properties under the Light Touch Regime.

Liverpool City Council requires a supplier of a full housing management service for six (6) Council owned properties which are currently tenanted. Full details of the requirement can be found at Appendix A - Specification of the ITT documents.

This procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) for social, health, education, and other specified services. The contracting authority is exercising the flexibilities provided under Section 9 of the Procurement Act 2023. The services to be provided fall within the scope of Schedule 1 of the Procurement Regulations 2024, as indicated by the following CPV codes:
