What the buyer wants
Warwickshire County Council seeks to extend its Dynamic Purchasing System for Ice Cream Concessions at its Country Parks for a further four years until 19/02/2028. Existing licences operate at several parks with plans to expand to others. Suppliers must register on the council's e-procurement portal to apply.
Warwickshire County Council is looking to extend the period of validity for it's existing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Ice Cream Concessions at Warwickshire County Council owned Country Parks.
There are currently licences in operation at Kingsbury Water Park, Burton Dassett Hills, and Ryton Pools, and it is proposed further ice cream concessions will be rolled out across other Warwickshire County Council owned Country Parks.
The period of validity for the existing DPS will be extended by a further four years, therefore meaning the expiry date of the DPS is now 19/02/2028.

Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-procurement portal, CSW-Jets (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home) to administer this exercise.
