What the buyer wants
Three-year contract for gutter cleaning maintenance and roof inspection services in Glasgow, with potential minor repairs and cleaning of roof components. Contract may be extended up to two additional years based on performance.
The Contract will involve gutter cleaning maintenance and roof inspection services throughout Glasgow. The Contract will principally include;
Gutter cleaning maintenance; and
Roof inspection services and a comprehensive report prepared by the Contractor for each property.
The Contract may also include cleaning of roof skews, valleys and flashings, and also remedial, minor repair works to the existing roof finishes, drainage and disposal systems, stonework and chimneys and roof services resulting from the Contractor’s roof inspection and report to each property.
The commencement date for the Measured Term Contract is currently estimated to be 6th January 2027 and the completion date is 5th January 2030.
Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator’s (Refer Tender Document G), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of two further years until 5th January 2032.

SPD Question 2D.1.2- Bidders must provide a separate SPD response (Sections A and B of this Part and Part III) for each subcontractor.
