The City of York Council has an opportunity for Mechanical & Electrical Framework. We require contractors with extensive knowledge in designing, installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing commercial Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) assets. CYC also require M&E consultancy type services such as M&E designers, M&E condition surveys and feasibility studies to assist us with our approach to building management and to support us with reducing our carbon footprint

- Demonstrate extensive knowledge in M&E design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair — Suppliers must show they have comprehensive expertise in all aspects of commercial mechanical and electrical asset services including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair.
- Provide M&E consultancy services including design, condition surveys and feasibility studies — Suppliers must be able to provide consultancy services such as M&E design, condition surveys, and feasibility studies to assist with building management and carbon footprint reduction.
