The DPS will operate solely by competition.
Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and all supporting documents.
Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS have 2 options:
Option 1 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request at initial creation of the DPS.
Option 2 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request following initial creation of the DPS and/or at any time throughout its duration.
The number of contractors submitting a Participation Request and the number of contractors approved to participate in the DPS will not be limited.

The amendments to this notice are in accordance with The Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulation 34 (14)b. Existing suppliers partied to this DPS do not need to reapply to join.
