Sunderland City Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for behaviour insights, engagement, and research services. Contractors can join the DPS by submitting a Participation Request including a Selection Questionnaire and supporting documents, either at the initial creation or anytime during the DPS duration until February 2029. There is no limit on the number of contractors who can join.
Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Insights for Behaviour Insights, Engagement and Research.
The DPS will operate solely by competition.
Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and all supporting documents.
Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS have 2 options:
Option 1 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request at initial creation of the DPS.
Option 2 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request following initial creation of the DPS and/or at any time throughout its duration.
The number of contractors submitting a Participation Request and the number of contractors approved to participate in the DPS will not be limited.

The amendments to this notice are in accordance with The Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulation 34 (14)b. Existing suppliers partied to this DPS do not need to reapply to join.
