Provision of community developmental sexual health services aimed at reducing sexual health inequalities and improving sexual and reproductive health outcomes in East Riding, focusing on high-risk communities and individuals.
The Service will support the reduction of sexual health inequalities and improve the sexual and reproductive health outcomes of the East Riding population, with a specific focus on those communities and individuals at highest risk of poor sexual health. The Service will contribute to delivery against the main Public Health Outcomes Framework indicators relevant to sexual health, including: • Under‑18 conceptions • Chlamydia detection (15–24 females) • People presenting with HIV at a late stage of infection • Total prescribed LARC excluding injections • New STI diagnoses (excluding chlamydia aged <25)
