The City of Wolverhampton Council seeks to appoint one or more suitably qualified and experienced RICS Registered Valuers to provide impartial, timely and compliant valuation and negotiation services across the Council's housing portfolio. Services will include valuations for Right to Buy (RTB), commercial lease negotiations and Heads of Terms, property purchases, land disposals, Affordable Rent reviews, and support for Compulsory Purchase (CPO) processes, ensuring compliance with RICS Valuation - Global Standards (Red Book), UK jurisdictional supplements, and the Council's public law duties including Local Government Act 1972 s123 (best consideration reasonably obtainable) and relevant Government guidance

- Lot 2- Specialist Valuation Servcies (up to £1,250,000) — This local while could be a local supplier, it is unlikely to be a SME firm, given the specialist nature of the work and that this firm held to be larger organisations
