How Tenderoo reads it

This is a dynamic purchasing system (a dynamic market under the Procurement Act): suppliers can apply to join at any point while it runs, and work is awarded in rounds to the members. A missed deadline is not the end of it.

The notice reads as suitable for a small or medium-sized firm: the scope, value and requirements are within reach of a business of that size.
