What the buyer wants
YPO is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Enforcement Agency Services to serve all public sector organisations, open to new suppliers throughout the contract period from May 2024 to February 2029.
YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Enforcement Agency Services. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations.
Please note that this DPS is open to new Suppliers throughout the period of the contract. The DPS will cover the period from 14th May 2024 to 23rd February 2029. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years and 9 months (subject to an annual review, incorporating KPI performance).
