What the buyer wants
Framework agreement for minor, small and medium works including electrical, flooring, minor/reactive, small planned, and medium planned works across multiple value bands for Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and other participating authorities.
The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a Framework for provision of minor, small & medium works across its own sites and for any other participating authority as named in the ITT.
The Framework will be for a period of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months (maximum duration 2 years).
The Framework will be broken down into five Lots:
Lot 1 - Electrical (value band £1 - £50,000)
Lot 2 - Flooring (value band £1 - £50,000)
Lot 3 - Minor/Reactive Works (value band £1 - £50,000)
Lot 4 - Minor/Small Planned works (value band £50,001 - £350,000)
Lot 5 - Medium/Planned Works (value band £350,001 - £1.5m)
Tenderers will be required to demonstrate the ability to provide and coordinate a wide array of skilled building and service trades.

What you will need to show
- Demonstrate ability to provide and coordinate skilled trades — Suppliers must show capability to manage and deliver a wide range of skilled building and service trades relevant to the works.
Lots
- Electrical Value Band £1 - £50,000 excluding VAT (up to £5,000,000) — Electrical works such as: Installation of new sockets; data points; electrical upgrades
- Flooring Value Band £1 - £50,000 excluding VAT (up to £5,000,000) — Flooring works such as: Replacement flooring, flooring repairs, new flooring within value band
- Minor/Reactive Works Value Band £1 - £50,000 excluding VAT (up to £8,000,000) — Examples of Minor / Reactive works: Fitting of curtains and blinds; supply and fit of Digi locks; locks and keys; signage; space reconfiguration and small refurbishment work; painting and decorating; removal or installation of cupboards/shelving; fire stopping/compartmentation works
- Minor/Small Planned Works - Value band £50,001 - £350,000 excluding VAT (up to £10,000,000) — Example: installation of and replacement of site wide mechanical and electrical systems, larger refurbishment works; larger fire stopping/compartmentation works
- Medium/Planned Works - Value band £350,001 to £1,500,000 excluding VAT (up to £15,000,000) — Example: Roof replacements, pipework replacement works, car park resurfacing, window replacements.
