Project Overview
TEC Partnership proposes to undertake the replacement and upgrade of the existing Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) heating installation serving the Learning Shop Building at Grimsby Institute. (Use Existing Boiler Plant)
The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, design, materials, plant, equipment, access arrangements, lifting equipment, temporary works, testing, commissioning, certification and documentation necessary to complete the works described within this specification.
