Appointment of a Retrofit Consultant including Principal Designer services to help LiveWest Homes Limited achieve EPC C compliance by 2028 and to serve current and future members of Advantage South West.
The information provided in this notice will apply to the LiveWest contract part of this procurement only
LiveWest Homes Limited are looking to:
a) appoint a Retrofit Consultant including Principal Designer services to deliver the business's aim of all properties being at EPC C by 2028 to ensure that LiveWest are compliant with its requirements
B) establish a Retrofit Consultant including Principal Designer services for current and future members of Advantage South West
in a single joint procurement process.
Due to FTS notice linking restrictions, this notice could not be formally linked to the ASW notice but it is linked - see notice reference above

What you will need to show
- Provide Principal Designer services — Supplier must provide Retrofit Consultant services including Principal Designer responsibilities to meet EPC C compliance targets.
- Demonstrate experience in retrofit consultancy — Supplier should demonstrate relevant experience and capability in retrofit consultancy and principal design for residential properties.
