- Lot 1 — PURCH3037 Provision of the Supply of Pellets for Biomass Plant at Garscube Estate FOR THE PERIOD Of THREE (3) YEARS, WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND FOR A FURTHER 12 MONTH PERIOD The Sir Michael Stoker building has a Gillies HPKI –K240 biomass pellet boiler. This biomass boiler is 240kw and is accompanied by 2x 522kw gas boilers. Together the three boilers provide heating and hot water for this building alone.
