What you will need to show

• Provide evidence of relevant experience and case studies — Supplier must demonstrate relevant experience and provide examples of comparable contracts or case studies to show capability in delivering the required building maintenance and redecoration services.
• Provide a method statement and mobilisation plan — Supplier must submit a detailed method statement outlining how they will deliver the services and a plan for mobilisation to ensure smooth commencement of works.
• Hold employers' and public liability insurance — Supplier must have valid employers' and public liability insurance to cover the risks associated with building maintenance and related works.
• Hold professional indemnity insurance — Supplier must hold professional indemnity insurance to cover liabilities arising from professional services related to the contract.
• Comply with health and safety legislation — Supplier must comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations relevant to building maintenance and refurbishment works.

• Lot 1 YMCA St Pauls General Building Maintenance West: Slough, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow — In respect of the West region: •Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); • Out of Hours Emergency Works; • Disrepair Works; • Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works; • Void Property Inspections; • Void Property Works; • Planned Works and Major Works; • Technical Inspections; and • Emergency and Significant hazard Inspections;
• Lot 2 YMCA St Pauls General Building Maintenance South: Hammersmith and Fulham, Merton, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Elmbridge — In respect of the South region: • Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); • Out of Hours Emergency Works; • Disrepair Works; • Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works; • Void Property Inspections; • Void Property Works; • Planned Works and Major Works; • Technical Inspections; and • Emergency and Significant hazard Inspections;
• YMCA St Pauls General Building Maintenance East: Waltham Forest — In respect of the East region: • Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); • Out of Hours Emergency Works; • Disrepair Works; • Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works; • Void Property Inspections; • Void Property Works; • Planned Works and Major Works; • Technical Inspections; and • Emergency and Significant hazard Inspections;
• YMCA St Pauls Cyclical Redecoration: Slough, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow Hammersmith and Fulham, Merton, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Elmbridge, Waltham Forest — In respect of YMCA St Pauls: • redecorating existing decorated surfaces of windows, doors, fascias, rainwater and sanitary pipework, walls, soffits, and Common Parts including communal rooms, bin stores, garages, cycle sheds, fencing, railings, screens, gates and other boundary features, paths, drives, staircases, and access decks/balconies which have been 'packaged' into a pre-planned programme of Work; and • cleaning the external surfaces of any PVCu items including windows, doors, soffits, fascias, and cladding; • installation, construction, repairs, maintenance, renewals, reinstatement or replacement Works or Works of improvement (other than that defined as cyclical redecoration) that is Ordered in conjunction with cyclical redecoration and to be undertaken in conjunction with or before the cyclical redecoration including; o overhaul of rainwater goods including renewals; o overhaul of external doors and windows including associated joinery repairs and renewals before the decoration of external and internal Common Parts including shared halls and stairways etc; o decorations to external elevations including associated joinery and carpentry repairs/renewals; o decoration to internal Common Parts; and o renewal, improvement or repair Works not associated directly with cyclical redecoration.
