North Lincolnshire Council is establishing a series of Frameworks to provide flexible, compliant and commercially robust mechanisms for the delivery of construction, maintenance, repair and infrastructure services across its estate and wider asset portfolio

- Employers' and public liability insurance — Suppliers must hold employers' and public liability insurance to cover the risks associated with construction and maintenance works.
- Professional indemnity insurance — Suppliers must hold professional indemnity insurance to cover liabilities arising from design or consultancy services included in the works.
- Compliance with health and safety law — Suppliers must comply with applicable health and safety legislation relevant to construction and maintenance activities.

- CRMF1 — Construction - General Building £150,001 - £1,000,000 All aspects of general building works (including but not limited to mechanical and electrical works) are included under the Framework. This may include: A wide range of building work, including work relating to schools, offices, private/public building and housing Various types of work including new build work, refurbishment and renovation work, work in occupied buildings and projects with a significant element of mechanical and electrical work Can include Contractor design in part or whole
- CRMF2 — Construction- General Building £1000,001-£3,500,000 All aspects of general building works (including but not limited to mechanical and electrical works) are included under the Framework. This may include: A wide range of building work, including work relating to schools, offices, private/public building and housing Various types of work including new build work, refurbishment and renovation work, work in occupied buildings and projects with a significant element of mechanical and electrical work Can include Contractor design in part or whole
- CRMF3 — Construction- Mechanical Mechanical works; including but not limited to ventilation and boiler work some incidental electrical and building work may be included: Work relating to schools, offices, private/public building and housing; and non-housing Authority owned buildings and any other buildings the Authority may be engaged to manage and/or carry out work Can include Contractor design in part or whole
- CRMF4 — Construction - Electrical Electrical works; some incidental mechanical and building work may be included Work relating to schools, offices, private/public building and housing; and non-housing Authority owned buildings and any other buildings the Authority may be engaged to manage and/or carry out work Can include Contractor design in part or whole
- CRMF5 — Minor Works, Repair & Maintenance - General Building General building; some incidental mechanical and electrical work may be included: Work for the Authority's repairs and maintenance function and minor works Work relating to schools, offices, private/public building and housing; and non-housing Authority owned buildings and any other buildings the Authority may be engaged to manage and/or carry out work Reactive maintenance at short notice in some cases one hour response and 24/7 cover Can include Contractor design in part or whole

- CRMF9 Demolition — All aspects of demolition and land remediation works. This may include: Structural demolition Site clearance and preparation including excavation, grading and environmental remediation Hazardous material removal, including asbestos removal
- CRMF10 Renewable Energy Solutions — All aspects of non-domestic retrofit work, including the deployment of solar, batteries, low-carbon heating solutions, EV chargers and the integration of new energy-efficient technologies are included under the Framework. Lot includes the installation, maintenance and inspection of all renewable/energy technologies
